Build Library

Ability-tier and AMP point budgets are raised so everything is open from the start. Builds are about choice, not about earning points.

Publish a class build (AMPs, ability tiers, gear) and anyone can load it. There is an in-game panel and a website planner.

Publishing can be gated on a minimum number of finished matches, to keep the list clean.

Abilities are still being checked one by one against their tooltips, so some will have rough edges.
